Bemboka B grade kicks off it's campaign this weekend with undoubtably one of the bigger threats to their 08/09 aspirations- Tathra B grade.
Grand finalists last year, Tathra as ever have strength in numbers, a couple of Blacka's, an Elliot, a Cunningham and some other pretty handy cricketers will feature strongly this year.
For Bemboka, they will rely on McLoskey, Barney, Donnie and superstar end of season party organiser Maz all season- hopefuly Friday nights will be quiet affairs which will lead to good Saturdays for Bemboka.
There is a chance the bus could be mobile for the weekend, Maz will gratefully accept donations for parts/rego etc, which is an investment the whole club will benefit from, so have a chat to him if you have a few spare bucks.
Big session at training Thursday for gameplans, batting and fielding practice, so try to make it if you can- our last chance to gather our thoughts before the season kicks off for us!
